   I willingly participate in the "Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2021" at my own risk. I have no physical restrictions, disabilities or any disposition to sickness that may aggravate or may adversely affect me as a result of my participation. I take full responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to my person and/or property that may arise directly or indirectly from my participation in this event. I will not seek to penalize, prosecute or claim compensation from the organizer, sponsors, presenters or participants of the "CityU Delegation - Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2021" for any injury, loss or damage.

   I agree that the organizer is permitted to collect, store and use my personal data (as defined in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance) as provided by me in the Enrollment Form for the purpose of or in connection with the Event and such collection, storage and use are lawful and fair in the circumstances.
    

2. The event will be documented. By taking part in this event, you grant the event organiser full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity or other purposes to help achieve the event’s aims. This might include but is not limited to, the right to use them in our printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding/ award applications. If you do not wish to be photographed please inform the CityU Delegation – Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2021 Organising Committee directly. 

*The CityU Delegation – Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2021 Organising Committee reserves all rights on the final decision in all matters pertaining the event.
