Kindly bring (1) this confirmation email AND (2) your personal identification (e.g. CityUHK ID / HKID) to collect your CityUHK Running Uniform and/ or Runners’ Pack during the above-mentioned period.
If you cannot collect your CityUHK Running Uniform and/ or Runners’ Pack in person, you may authorise someone else to pick them up for you by completing the authorisation form (Staff/Student authorisation form OR Alumni authorisation form). Kindly note that the authorised collector has to show (1) this confirmation email, (2) your HKID copy.
Please note that all Runners in the CityUHK Delegation – Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2025 are eligible to collect one Runners’ Pack. All Runners’ Pack will be distributed during the above-mentioned period, and NO Runners’ Pack will be distributed on Race Day.
Please be reminded that all participants are required to wear CityUHK running uniforms at their races to show our unity. Support & incentives will not be provided to those not wearing CityUHK running uniform.
